- Items returned after the 30-day return window.
- Products without proof of purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@herbivella.com. Please include:

- Photos of the damaged item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

What items are eligible for return?
Unused and unopened products in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Opened products may be eligible if they caused an adverse reaction — please contact us with details.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs. For other returns (change of mind, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
How long does it take to get my refund?
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it within 2 business days. If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
What if my order arrived damaged?
If your order arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Can I cancel a subscription order?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle from your account dashboard. Any deliveries already in transit cannot be cancelled.
